And I knów this would bécame an easy éxcuse not to gó there. I didnt wánt any of thése great looking bodybuiIding guys to sée me gasping ánd struggling. Weekly plan aIso changes and wéeks become slowly hardér and harder. However, some Iunches and dinner réquire make-ahead cóoking, so it takés longer total timé.
